Leave it to super-producer Bill Coleman to assemble the season’s hottest music compilation ready-and-ably ringing in the warm weather and circuit season with the appropriate pomp and circumstance. The label magnet and music industry leader is properly and purposefully celebrating his career the only way he knows how - releasing the hottest compilation and raising the temperature with the aptly entitled "Love / Sexo." To simply admit that Coleman has his pulse on the thriving changes in dance/house/EDM/pop is not giving him enough credit. He isn’t known for following the trends and is dependent on setting the tone that "Love / Sexo" is determined to deliver.

After dedicating himself to promoting and exacting his own spin on the music scene for more than even he may care to admit, Coleman assembles a tastefully tantalizing non-stop collection of music that is beyond any expectation. If "Love / Sexo" were a "first date" - it’s the kind that you’d never want to have end; the kind that will have you dancing into the dawn!

The assembled tracks offer a uniquely introspective look at the "haus" that Coleman built with his Peace Bisquit label. Under the roof and in the studio, this is the home of some of the best known "out loud and proud" artists in the music industry, as well as some of the club scene’s most adored dance divas. Under Coleman’s guidance he’s been able to elevate acts like hip-hop maestro Cazwell and the artful explosion of Amanda Lepore into mainstream attractions worth the hot ticket. Cazwell’s masterfully produced duet with "RuPaul’s Drag Race" sensation Manila Luzon is evidence enough that the cunty-bitch track "Helen Keller" featuring Roxy & Richie Beretta is the real deal!

Serving Beats Per Minute

Coleman has also bundled in some very notable talent turning them into a force to be reckoned with on the club floor, and they blend in perfectly on this set list. Michelle Williams, the former third-part of 90’s girl-band Destiny’s Child, blossomed into her own appearing on Ultra Naté’s last Peace Bisquit release, and appears on "Love / Sexo" with the remix for her club fave "Fire." The one-time Prince protege and always-reverent Baywatch-beauty Carmen Electra returned to music last year and delivered the hotly received "I Like It Loud." The track instantly reignited her pop-star status.

"Love / Sexo" is so full of incredible highs that it seems unfair to drop the spotlight on any single track, but it would be insincere and irresponsible to recognize that the compilation includes the incomparable Angie Stone appearing on the remix of her song "Life Story." Super-producer Tony Moran also delivers his incredible original work "Heartbeat" performed by Deborah Cooper, and one of the most powerful voices in pop, Jason Walker teams up with Bimbo Jones on the long-awaited cover of "Tell It to My Heart."

Moving easily and expertly between variations of house, nu-disco and dance, EDM and atmospherically relaxed lounge sounds (i.e. the gorgeously remixed "Unattended Bag") the palate is well-sated and served on "Love / Sexo." It’s impossible to not give in to the rhythms of the relentless groove on disc 1, the amped up audacity of disc 2 and, if you’re ready for an eyeful feast, disc 3 includes music video selections, many first time premieres of daring mini-movies featuring favorites The Ones, Jason Walker, Angie Stone and even Carmen Electra! So settle in and just hit "repeat" - You’ll be "Love / Sexo"-ing all night long!
