The creators Videodrome Discothèque, an alternative dance night in Boston, talked to EDGE about the recent success of their fierce fan-made music video for the Scissor Sisters’ song "Let’s Have a Kiki."

Many pop artists exist more as sexualized adverts for producers than competent musical artists. The Scissor Sisters’ live shows are a refreshingly bold reminder that the genre can be so much more.

Miz Ana Matronic of the Scissor Sisters delighted her old pals with an appearance at Juanita More’s "Kiki", thrown in honor of the local girl gone famous. Known as "The Pop-n-loc Queen", the performance diva ruled the SF club scene in the 90’s.
