Even though we lose an hour this weekend when we spring forward with the time change this Sunday, there will be plenty of time for you to shake that shalaylee of yours over the St. Patrick’s Day weekend. With a few parties and entertainment events all over the city, you will be like an Irish tourist spreading your lucky charms to all the gay boys looking for a pot of gold.

Disco In Paradise

If you like the music of Earth, Wind & Fire, Sly and the Family Stone, the Mary Jane Girls, and Rick James, then Disco Inferno #3 should be on your dance card this Friday, March 12. At Paradise Lounge, the nights theme is Studio 54, and just like the famed New York club, you will opportunities to shake you booty and a little stylin’ and profilin’. A major list of djs for the night include Nicky B and Derrick Love (Gemini Disco), Mystri Gardener (Artsboretum), P-Dub (guerillaBase), Influence (strategic), Bearded Lady, and more. A Twister boar, a roller girl, and a funkadelic photo booth with photographer Giacomo Pietro Boschi complete the 70’s disco vibe. Show up in your best disco glam attire because this one will be a real disco ride.
Disco In Paradise, Friday, March 12, Paradise Lounge 1501 Folsom Street, 9p-4a, $10-$18, www.paradisesf.com

Trans/Sister Radio with Justin Bond

If the summer breeze music of the 70s is your glass of lemonade, then checking out 2-time Tony Award nominee and "Shortbus" star Justin Bond is your lemonade stand this Friday and Saturday at the Rrazz Room. Known worldwide as the KiKi of the "KiKi & Herb" cabaret duo, Bond pays tribute to the ladies of the AM radio in the 70s with his Angels Of The Morning Tour. On the eve of its third year anniversary, The Rrazz Room is the perfect venue for Bond to share this tour’s music. Local famers expected to be in the audience include dragsters Heklina and Suppositori Spelling, comedian David Hawkins, photographer/film director/fashion designer Leo and Allan Herrera, "All About Evil’s" Joshua Grannell, SF Boylesque’s Ernesto Sopprani, and so many more. As your Friday night show emcee, I hope you don’t miss this one.
Justin Bond’s Angels of the Morning Tour, Friday, March 12 and Saturday, March 13, Rrazz Room @ the Hotel Nikko 222 Mason Street, 10p, $30, www.therrazzroom.com

Leche and Cookies

The producers of Club Papi and Pan Dulce bring you a new Latin-style T-dance on Sundays at Club Trigger with a grand opening March 14. Once upon a time, Club Papi promoter Jaime Awad had a similar party at Trigger’s predecessor Jet, but it took over a year to present Leche. Along with DJ Chili D and a drag show hosted by Sasha, the entertainment will be supported by hot and sexy go-gos, tequila shot and margarita specials, and free taco wagon. This new weekly party really rounds out the club party schedule at Trigger. So, spice up your Sundays with Leche.
Leche, Sunday, March 14, Club Trigger 2344 Market Street, 4p-10p, www.clubpapi.com, www.clubtrigger.com

The Haus of Glitteratti at FRESH

One of the hottest spots to get lucky during St. Paddy Day weekend is at FRESH @ Ruby Skye. DJ Kimberly S. returns this month with four leaf clovers in her beats. But the anticipation is the return of Charisma Glitteratti, the first drag queen to perform on the Fresh stage, with a performance that is sure to be even better than last year’s "Single Ladies". It’s also Charisma’s birthday weekend so the haus will be out in force. Carrying a big shalaylee will be Academy of Friend’s Jason Dorn, Q Bar owner John Bellemore, Underground Sf owner Cip Cipriano, and GLOSS Magazine publisher Bevin Shamel, just to name a few of the local big guns. I’ll be looking for some large gold nuggets at the end of that rainbow.
Fresh, Sunday, March 14, Ruby Skye 420 Mason Street, 6p-midnight, $20-$25, www.freshsf.com

Watch Charisma Glitterati’s Single Ladies.
