Private bedroom (furnished or unfurnished) for rent in a 4 bedroom / 1 bathroom house off June Street near Worcester State College. House is within walking distance of WSC, and convenient to WPI, Assumption, Becker, MCPH, Anna Maria, Clark and UMASS (Med). Bathroom is shared, kitchen access provided, some storage available for sporting equipment. Room has hardwood flooring and oil heat. Parking is on street (ample available year round) in a quiet residential neighborhood on a relatively flat street (important in Worcester in the winter!) Available August 1 - prefer a one year lease but will consider someone teaching for one semester or with one semester left for school (etc). Past roommates have been WSC professors / staff.
