The Theater Offensive, New England's premier creator and presenter of diverse lesbian/gay/bisexual/transgender performance, seeks an experienced, non-profit manager with strong fiscal and organizational management expertise. TTO operates year-round multi-cultural, community-based theatrical programs including the True Colors Out Youth Theater and our new initiative, OUT in Your Neighborhood. We seek a highly organized leader with the experience, skills and demeanor to help guide this $700,000 organization through continued and steady growth. Requirements
- A candidate should possess organizational development, strategic management, interpersonal, problem solving and teamwork skills.
- Mastery of information systems and technical skills are a plus.
- Minimum of five years financial management experience in non-profit arts or relevant field is required and a degree in management (or equivalent) is preferred.
- Experience working in lesbian/gay/bisexual/transgender and racially diverse urban communities is helpful.
